In the case for Cudao Carpentry, we play both roles to better communicate with the client while maintaining a high level quality of work.

This is the ideology that represents this company. We put thought, diligence, and integrity in how we do our projects. Whether the task involves cleaning, framing, or finishing, there is a fulfilment that we receive that this isn't just a business transaction but a way to bring joy in the mundane that goes into a home.

In North America and especially in Canada, certification isn't necessary. There are many good carpenters who never got "certified" and there are many bad carpenters who are certified. At this point, it's all about trust and references. We have learned through trial and error and being the in presence of people who have been in the industry for decades.

I learned that after going through the "normal" process of the school system, I couldn't find a job in what I studied for.
